Hello, good evening. When I call, I can hear my interlocutor but he can't hear me. I unplugged and reset my Livebox, but it doesn't change anything. Maybe I pressed a button I shouldn't have? Anyway, it's driving me crazy, and communication is not great, lol.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 51.0.2704.103

    Good evening,
On phones, there is generally a button that allows you to mute the microphone during a conversation... but...

    What model is this Logicom?

It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
                                  Especially when it’s not there...

Well, I found the mute button, I deactivated it, and it's still not working. I can't hear myself when I blow into the mic. I did this on both of my devices :(

But it's written on the back of the device... Because you can't rely on an image you recognized on Google.. It's not reliable.

First, you say you have two units... so it's at least a DUO and you say it's a 150 which is a SOLO??? That's already inconsistent.

    Hello,

The button, it's possible... There is often a button called "Mute" that turns off the microphone...

You can test the functionality of your microphone by picking up the line (without calling anyone) and then blowing into the microphone hole... if you listen closely, you should be able to hear yourself blowing through the earpiece...

That said, the breath in the mic is one thing, but it doesn’t work on all kinds of phones...

-- If you have a mobile, call your landline... and communicate, you’ll see if it works... or not... it's still strange on two phones...

-- What model is it? There are thousands of Logicom...?

-- Normally, there’s a message or a symbol that signals the mic is off...

-- If it’s a cordless one, you can remove the battery for five minutes and also unplug the base... then restart it...

-- If it’s a line coupled with internet, you can also restart the BOX.

Here are some tips to check.

Thank you for this feedback, but we could have helped you with more precision if you had answered the questions asked..

For example.. we still don't know if it's telephony over the internet.. or not..?? which changes everything..

Anyway...! But the technician's verdict is not yet operational, so we need to wait and see..
