Problem with CANON MX870 printer

Hello,
my printer was printing when there was a power cut.
When I turned it back on, it said: U052 "incorrect print head type".
I removed the print head and put it back on, but it's still the same.
I also turned it off and unplugged it, waited 1 minute, and plugged it back in, but it's still the same!!
If anyone has a solution, thank you.

there, it must be the height adjustment of the cartridges

    Hello,
This is a synchronization and initialization issue with the printer. The best thing to do is to try the reset button if there is one, or use a utility on the computer if it has one.

The best method to solve this problem is to reset your printer to the default value.
    Power on the printer.
Press and hold the "Reset" button on the printer.
While pressing the "Reset" button, hold down the "Color Start" button.
    Wait 5 seconds.
Release the "Color Start" button, then release the "Reset" button.
Wait until the printer begins to configure itself. This should take about 20 seconds.
The number "1" should be displayed, press and hold the "Tool" button and the letter "A" should now be displayed.
While pressing the "Tool" button, hold down the "Reset" key.
Wait for utility. There should be no more blinking lights on the printer.
Release the "Tool" button, then release the "Reset" button.
If there is still a problem, contact Canon experts for assistance or fix it yourself by using the Canon Mx870 manual. Good luck.
