HELLO,

I have a Technical LED 3211dhdb LCD TV, and when I turn it on, the blue light blinks 11 times and then turns off, leaving the screen black. I checked the capacitors on the power supply board, and they are not swollen. Can someone help me?

    Hello,
    Try unplugging the power plug, wait for a quarter of an hour, and then plug it back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a reset (factory settings) but you'll have to redo the whole installation.

      Thank you Andy31200, but my TV won't turn on; only the indicator light blinks, then it stays stable. The screen remains black, and when I try to turn it on again with the remote, only the indicator light reacts. I would like to know if there isn't a diode behind the malfunction?
