Connected to my Freebox, but no internet access!!

Hello everyone,

I’ve been having a problem with my internet connection for several weeks/months now.. Let me explain my issue briefly.

A little over 2 weeks ago, my connection was experiencing lags and constant dropouts, then last week after a storm I had to change my Freebox. However, since I picked up my Freebox 2 days ago, I can connect to it but it indicates that I have no internet access. I have done all the possible checks here on this forum by browsing through various questions but none of the answers helped me! I went into the card settings, checked that my wireless network card is functioning properly, everything is in order, besides that my PC, which is an ASUS, is brand new, I've only had it for a few months!

I’m starting to believe that Windows 10 is related to all my problems.. That said, thank you in advance for your help and I wish you a good day/evening!!

W10 has nothing to do with the network..

What do those "repairmen" based in Morocco say? Did you call 3244 and wait over 10 minutes with that crappy music only to be told there are no issues?

I also have problems with my Freebox, but that dates back long before W10 and it’s not getting any better.

I have called Free numerous times over the past few days, but without success, they are always busy.

However, I have a few clarifications (since I posted this request by phone while rushing my explanation). At my home, there is a desktop computer connected to the Freebox as well as a MacBook Pro connected via Wi-Fi to the network, and there is no issue with either one. However, my internet connection works past around midnight..... I thought that with the two other computers connected to the network, it was normal for mine, which is in the next room, to have difficulty connecting, but before I had this new PC, the previous one worked very well when the other two were also connected. So, the problem must come from my PC, maybe something to configure or I don't know what.

I have restarted the Freebox, checked the settings of the network card, searched for updates (brand new PC and no issues with the drivers), visited all the forums to see if I could find someone with a similar problem... without success. I am desperate!!
