Good evening,
I recently acquired a Raspberry Pi model B+ and a 3.5-inch touchscreen LCD from WaveShare.
I connect the screen, install Raspbian, turn on my Raspberry, and... white screen.
A quick search online reveals that I needed to install the drivers included on a CD that came with it.
I copy the drivers to a USB stick and install them via an SSH connection.
My board reboots... suspense, hope, and.... white screen again...
Nevertheless, I reinstall the operating system, copy the drivers again, but I still end up with the same white screen.
I'm now at a dead end, so I'm appealing to you to help resolve this issue.
I hope you can assist me.
Thank you in advance.

Good evening nathsquare,
I had the same problem as you some time ago... I decided to contact the reseller... he responded very promptly.
The issue was that the drivers provided with the disk were not up to date, as were those found on the internet...
At the time I’m writing this, you need the drivers found at this link: https://www.waveshare.com/w/upload/2/24/LCD-show-160520.tar.gz
As well as the following operating system: https://www.raspberrypi.org/software/operating-systems/
The process is the same, decompress the drivers and then install them as root.
There you go, hoping I could help you.
