Hello,
When I print a file of 1 or 2 pages (Word), the printer works very well, but when the Word file exceeds 3 pages, a message appears on the printer's display saying "the task has been deleted due to insufficient memory."
I don't understand, I didn't even know that the printer, which is a large photocopier, had memory.
If anyone has any ideas to resolve this issue, I thank you in advance.

Hello,
I don't know if you have a PC or a Mac. I'll therefore respond for the former.
There is indeed a buffer memory in a printer, and for some, they accept an optional card that allows it to be increased, thus reducing the RAM usage of the PC.
That said, I do not think there exists a printer whose memory saturates for a 3-page document, even in Word, which has a fairly heavy file format.
First explanation: the file is abnormally large, due to corruption, meaning it weighs several hundreds of MB (it should be less than 1 MB). Try printing another document of 3 pages or more.
Secondly: you do not have enough memory on the main hard drive. In this case, you should do some cleaning (not just any old way), for example by using CCleaner, which will get rid of temporary and unnecessary files.
Best regards
