Hello,
I just installed Creo Parametric 3.0 on my PC (legally with a license), but the software won't open. When I run it as an administrator, the User Account Control pops up asking if I allow this application to make changes to my computer; I respond yes, the hourglass spins for 2 seconds and then nothing happens.
Creo View 3D opens without any issues, but the rest of the packaging that comes with the software, including PTC Creo Direct, PTC Creo Layout, PTC Creo Simulate, etc., do not open.
Is this a RAM issue? (I have made space)
Have you encountered this type of problem before?
