YouTube TV Phillips playback issue

Hello Philips TV model 55pfh5500
I restored my TV and since then I can't watch videos on YouTube, my video starts but there is no sound or image, I can't connect to the internet or register my product on Philips even though the Wi-Fi is activated and working.

      Hello.

      I believe you need to download the update, burn it to a USB key, and then install it on the TV.
      For my old TNT decoder, I did it this way, and it should be the same for the TV.

      However, wait for the advice from Philips support.
