Hello,
New to this forum, here’s my problem:
On a STANline LED television, model for camper, the red standby LED does not light up and the TV won't turn on.
I opened it up to check if any 'caps' were swollen, but saw nothing.
After testing, if I reconnect the 12V, the LED lights up.
If I cut the power and then restore it: no LED lighting up!
If I short-circuit the capacitors (when off), the red LED lights up when power is restored.
A big thank you in advance for any ideas, and if there's a circuit diagram available somewhere, that would be great.

Good evening,
Indeed, a capacitor is defective (there is not necessarily a visual aspect; I have already seen capacitors drop to half their capacity without visual changes, so unfortunately, without an ESR meter (capacitor testing device), you won't be able to tell :(
If you have an ESR meter, measure them all, and you will find the one that is faulty ;)
I hope I have helped you
Best regards
