Hello,
I just bought a tablet running Windows, which I've been dreaming of for a long time, but if I had known I would struggle this much, I would have saved my money!
So it’s a Windows 10 tablet from Polaroid, model Proseries MIDW255.
Using it should be simple if I can actually "get into" my tablet!
I have my Microsoft account password, and I can log into my account from my desktop PC without any problems, but I can't do so from my tablet...
When I enter my password, I briefly see "Welcome," but the next second, this Welcome changes to: "The password is incorrect!"
I tried to log out of the account from my desktop, but it doesn't change anything at all...
Since I haven't installed anything on the tablet, I wouldn't mind resetting it, even installing Windows 7, but I can't find the procedure for a Windows tablet.
I hope someone has a solution to propose... I explained my problem to Microsoft, who should be the best placed to give me a positive outcome, but I'm shocked at how they can respond completely off target!
I spent the weekend looking for help on various forums, and I felt like no one has a Windows tablet!
I would like to get into the BIOS to boot the tablet from a USB drive to format it and install W7, but again, I don't know the steps to follow...
Thanks for your help :)
