Hello,

I have an email address on a site hosted by OVH.
I need to renew my membership every year and this year I forgot to renew it a few days ago, and now I am completely lost.
I check this email with GMAIL.
Now I have the following message:
Authentication error. Emails from this account were last retrieved on March 26.

In the GMAIL settings, if I want to modify the information, I have:

Edit email account
Enter the email settings for infos@XXXXXXXX.fr. Learn more
Email address: infos@XXXX.fr
An error occurred while connecting to pop3.XXXX.fr.
View error information
Username:
infos@XXXXX.fr
Password:XXXXX
POP server:
pop3.xxxxx.fr

Add a label to incoming messages:

I am sure of my password, but I still get this error message.
Could you please let me know how I should proceed to receive my emails again at this address?

Check that you can access your OVH mailbox directly without using Gmail.
If that is the case, then either your email address or the password in Gmail's settings is incorrect!

Thank you for your response.
Actually, I never check my emails at OVH.
I only have hosting for a website that is pending and for which we provided the email address infos@champagne-tatanpion-martin.fr
Previously, I consulted the emails from this address in my GMAIL inbox, but since my renewal with OVH, I have a problem with my reception settings in GMAIL.

I don’t understand anything anymore while it used to work very well;
