Orange ink light on

Hello,

I can no longer print a document because the orange light representing a drop stays on permanently even after I have changed the empty ink cartridges.

What should I do to get my printer working again and turn off this light?

it won't start any prints.

Check if they are properly placed.
If necessary, wipe the bullets with a soft cloth.
Are they compatible or branded?
Have you tried restarting...
