Hello, what is the difference between af-set and af-p? Which one is better between the two or more efficient/useful?

Good evening,
AF stands for AutoFocus, so lenses with this abbreviation are equipped with an autofocus mechanism that allows for automatic focusing.
AF-S stands for AutoFocus Silent wave motor. These are lenses with ultrasonic drive for quick and silent autofocus. This system is particularly useful in sports photography where it's necessary to focus quickly, or for a wildlife photographer who needs to be as quiet as possible.
AF-P refers to AF lenses with a stepping motor (Pulsing motor) that reduces the noise of focusing for video.
Have a good evening.
