Hello,
My device won't turn on anymore. When I plug it in, the on/off button lights up, then there's a beep and the power indicator blinks, and then everything turns off. The screen remains black from start to finish, and the lens is stuck; it won't retract.
I've charged the device, but nothing changes. I've removed and reinserted the battery to avoid a loose connection, but there's still no response.
Do you have a solution?
