My MP3 is not recognized by my computer.

I turned my player OFF and then ON, etc., I tried everything lol. Otherwise, I'm running Windows 7; how do I delete the USB driver if it's in Device Manager => uninstall the device? I've already tried reconnecting the MP3; the driver installation doesn't work. Moreover, I enabled automatic update searches with Windows Update.

I've been searching in vain since yesterday to get this MP3 to finally put music on it. Furthermore, yesterday I had 2/100 attempts (^^) to see the icon in My Computer, but when I tried to open it, a window displayed "Please insert a disk into the drive"...

I also have this type of MP3, what SD card should I have? I tried using a micro SD card from my mobile phone, but the computer does not recognize the USB device as an unknown device...

Yes, you need to insert an SD card and Windows will recognize it!

It's an old SD card from a phone that's about 2 years old! Maybe yours is too recent? Which operating system did you try it on?

For the operating system, I wanted to know if you’re running on XP, Vista, or Seven?

Try deleting the USB driver and reinstalling it. Otherwise, try with another card! Also, make sure the player is turned off.

My laptop is 2 years old and when I insert the SD card, it says Unknown Device; moreover, apparently Windows detects that I already have the latest driver for the device.

However, in my programs and features, I have Apple Software Update and Bonjour by Apple Inc. I can't uninstall them, as it says I need a software to be able to do so.

I did my research, and on the same site, I followed the advice someone had written, but in tools < services, I have no services related to Apple...

Hello, if you have important files and music it would be wiser to back them up on another computer because I think this is due to a formatting issue and if everything needs to be formatted, you risk losing everything.
