Hello,
I'm looking to hide the tab bar of the xls sheets in a file to avoid overwhelming the screen's readability, without hiding the concerned sheets.
(because I have created hypertext links that lead to those sheets). Thank you!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 47.0.2526.106

Hello Chantal,
1) If you have Excel 2003:
Tools menu / Options... ; "Display" tab ; ☑ Workbook tabs
This box is located all the way to the right at the bottom ; you need to uncheck it.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2) If you have Excel 2007:
Office button / Excel Options / Advanced Options ; scroll down:
after the "Display" section, there is the "Display options for this workbook" section ; if you uncheck the 3rd box, it will read:
☐ Show workbook tabs
Best regards. 😊
