La carte mère possède un port PCI 3.0 16x qui est parfaitement compatible avec la 950 :)

ta carte mère gère bien le PCI-E 3.0 mais pas ton CPU :
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16
(The PCI Express x16 slot conforms to PCI Express 3.0 standard.)

mais c'est pas grave c'est parfaitement compatible :)
De plus, ton CPU ne bridera pas une GTX 950 et ton alim est parfaitement compatible ;)
