Problem updating my GEANT GN 2500HD NEW decoder

Hello everyone
I'm trying to update my GEANT GN 2500 HD NEW but nothing seems to work
when I go to menu - about STB it shows locked software 1.34 and I don't know how to install the update I've downloaded to my USB stick
yet I downloaded it from the official site and it's version 1.53 dated 22.03.2016
can someone please help me?

    Hello, create a file named "GEANT" in your documents, drag the downloaded file into it, then select it, right-click with the mouse and choose "extract here". Take a USB stick, clear it if necessary, copy the unzipped file onto it, connect the USB stick to the decoder, either it is detected automatically, or in the menu look for "update via USB".

      I have already done this manipulation but it doesn't help, it says "error 105" on the decoder.

      already done too and nothing works either
      actually, it works partially except that usually the encrypted channels are highlighted in yellow and there is nothing, I have access to no French channels, only international channels.

      For the French channels, a new search needs to be done and it will work.
