Hello,

I have an iPhone on the Free network. When I turn on Wi-Fi, the spinning wheel keeps turning on the page with all the apps. When I open a web page, the wheel does not appear. What is it?

    Hello,

    Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Reset" > "Reset Network Settings"

    the mobile will restart.
