Bubble on PC screen

Hello,
A few weeks ago, I noticed a tiny transparent bubble on my Acer PC screen. When I turn off the PC, the spot is still there, shiny as if there’s oil on it... When I move the cursor of my mouse, it passes over my desktop wallpaper but under the bubble. Then, a week or two later, I got a second one that’s slightly larger, and this morning when I opened my laptop screen, I saw a third bubble a bit bigger in the right corner of my screen. I think it’s coming from my screen because when I press on the bubble, nothing happens, but when I apply slight pressure on the right corner, the outline of the bubble is like when you press your fingers on glass, and when you lift them, there’s a "sketchy" outline. So I'm worried that it might cause some damage to my screen, as I can't afford to buy a new PC. If someone compassionate could help me, please :'(
