Gray bubble I can't remove

Hello everyone.
Since this morning I've noticed that there's a bubble, kind of like the messenger bubbles but gray with a message symbol.
And I can't get rid of it. It follows me everywhere, whether I'm in the menu to turn off my phone, on any app, or even when I restart my phone.
When I click on it, this happens.
When I click on the sort of left arrow, this happens.
And when I click on the play button, there's a sort of white square that surrounds each icon one after the other.
I've tried everything to get rid of it. As I said, I restarted my phone, I stopped all the apps,...
And I'm wondering if it's Ccleaner that's the problem... I installed it around November and it's been over a month since I started it and now I started it and when I locked my phone after opening it, I see that the bubble appears. So I uninstalled Ccleaner but nothing changed.
