Bubbles appearing on the screen

Hello,
dear all, I have a problem with my PC; bubbles appear on the edges of the touchscreen, often blocking the mouse. They disappear when I put the PC to sleep before launching it.
How can I permanently remove the bubbles???
I'm suffering a lot from this.

      I was also thinking, if we could disable the touchscreen of the screen, it should be able to disappear, right?
