Application launcher has stopped. Solved

Hi
I've been having a problem for a few days with my Android tablet. When I turn it on, the following message appears: "The application launcher has stopped." Even when I restart the tablet, the problem persists. Have you ever encountered this issue?
If so, how did you solve it?

First, try to fix the issue by performing a reset (the device is not at risk):

Using a paperclip, there is a tiny hole on one side of the tablet; press into it with the paperclip for 5-10 seconds.
Then turn the tablet back on.

If the problem persists and the launcher forces a closure again, we will attempt a reboot of the device using the volume +/- and power buttons.

I solved this problem very easily. I went to "Settings," clicked on "Apps," and in all the apps, you will see "Application Launcher." Click on it, press "Force Stop," then at the bottom of "Force Stop," click on "Clear Cache," and there your problem will be resolved in one click.

Hello, I had the same problem on my Wiko Sunset 2 phone: "the application launcher has stopped." So I went into settings (for those who can) and went to "Applications" then I searched for Launcher. I cleared all the data (cleared the cache and removed the default actions) then I forced the stop. Everything was back in order (except for the app arrangement and the wallpaper that was removed). Try this, you won't lose your photos, apps, and music. I'm super happy I succeeded and wanted to share it to help you (and yes, even at 14, I can do it, so why not you?) I wish good luck to those I couldn't help, and I'm deeply sorry.

For those who are stuck with this problem, here’s a bit of feedback about my daughter’s phone.
After performing all the manipulations described in this thread without any effect, I asked her if she had downloaded any applications recently because I noticed her device was significantly lagging. She had downloaded Facebook. Uninstalling the program resolved the issue and everything works normally.
Conclusion: try to look for a program that might slow down and thus block the application launcher.
P.S.: my daughter has a Wiko Iggy.

I tried everything as described in the posts above. The only thing that fixed the problem was reactivating "Google App" in the list of disabled apps.
