Hello,
Go to Settings..., Application Manager, All, TouchWiz Home, Clear caches, Delete Data, Disable.
Restart.
If that doesn't work, repeat the steps but Force stop.
Restart.

I have the same problem and nothing works. When I turn on my phone (Wiko), it says "application launcher has stopped," and I can't do anything except click "ok," and they keep showing me the message over and over. I tried restarting it without the card and everything, but it doesn't work. However, I managed to go to settings, but they still show me this message, and when I click ok, they then say "settings application has stopped." And again the message "application launcher has stopped." What should I do?

I also had the same problem with my Wiko and I solved it by simply going to the app launcher (in settings, apps, all) and clearing the data; it will just reorganize the icons ^^

I have the same problem as these gentlemen. I have a mobile phone and after 10 minutes of connecting, the application launcher screen stops. What am I supposed to do? I went to Bouygues Telecom and they told me I need to pay €14. Thank you for your help.
