Issue with Intrum Justitia

Hello

I received 2 demand letters from INTRUM JUSTITIA (unknown to me) asking me to pay them an amount of €91.36 on behalf of the Apicil group (mutual insurance) of which I have not been a client since 31/12/2013; I therefore called this company, which told me that Apicil had mistakenly issued me refunds in October and December 2014, so how is that possible? No answer, I was told they had proof right in front of them, but in my opinion, the only proof is the "bank statement" on which nothing appears, of course. Finally, I received a letter in the same vein yesterday from a bailiff based in the 68. Should I be concerned about this attempted scam? Can I take them to court? The Apicil group has never sent me any correspondence in this regard.
If someone can respond to me, I thank you in advance.

Hello
companies turn to collection agencies managed by bailiffs who assume the role of judges.
a bailiff has no rights if there is no judgment in favor of the representative

and if there had been a lawsuit for default of payment, you would have been the first to be informed, wouldn't you?

especially do not reply to this collection agency
you just need to go through your bank statements to find out if you were credited with these amounts

when leaving a mutual insurance company, you are granted a certificate of cancellation, the mutual is not supposed to reimburse your health expenses after this cancellation, how would it know since it is no longer registered with social security

Thank you Redbart, I have all the documents, indeed the bank statements mention nothing special, it's simply an attempt at fraud. I'm waiting to receive other letters, we'll see, and thanks again.
Best regards

Hello
Intrum is a collection agency... that sometimes operates on the edge of the law....

Well...
If you're confident (not owing anything to the Apicil mutual...), you can send them a registered letter with a copy also sent to the fraud detection agency... that's how I got rid of them back in the day.
