Dispute with SFR in May Intrum Justitia

Hello,
a year ago I separated from my partner and as a result, I regained my phone line. Until then, everything was fine because I was still able to pay my plan, which amounts to 50 euros a month. Then the decline came; I could no longer meet my household needs (I have a little boy who is 2 and a half years old). So I called SFR to explain my situation and asked for a commercial gesture to keep my line. I just wanted them to lower my plan (to a cheaper one), but they refused and explained that my contract restarted for 2 years (even though I had already completed 1 year!). I contacted the cancellation service, explaining my situation, and they understood and closed my line... I clearly told them that I could not pay the amount due, and the SFR representative started to get angry... but the tone calmed down when I announced that I had no means! That’s how it ended.

They sent me several letters that I ignored...
Then, the day before yesterday, I received a letter from Intrum Justitia informing me that a court seizure project would be initiated for the amount of 88.67 euros...

I don’t know what to do! I’m not working... I have to feed my son and I hardly receive anything! The APL is directly given to my landlord and I still receive PAJE until October... after that, I will have nothing!
I don’t know what to do; my only money is for feeding my son!!

What should I do?

    Never trust an agreement made over the phone, especially with the customer support of companies. It’s sad to say, but it’s not the exchanges over the phone that will hold up in court, but the letters that clearly attest to the situation of non-payment.

      First of all, thank you for your response!
      I received a new letter from interim justicia... But while searching the internet, it turns out it's a straightforward scam...
      Out of fear, I don't know if I should take it seriously or not...
      Has anyone been in the same situation as me!?

      I'm thinking that I'm going to end up paying, and for my son, I'll tell him to suck on stones...
      Anyway, they can come to my house and seize my belongings; I have nothing! The housing is rented furnished, and the only money I have is my son's allowance, which stops in October, meaning in 1 month!!

      Nothing belongs to me!! I just have my clothes and my son's, along with his toys and his bed!!

    do you mean my SFR bill or outstanding payment from Intrum?
    yes yes I received a letter that my SFR account has been closed!

      Have you sent money to intruum?

      Keep your closing letter, do not send it to anyone (except a photocopy).

    First of all, I'm sorry for my absence but I had some personal problems...

    I haven't paid anyone for the moment, but yesterday, surprise!!
    INTRUM JUSTITIA in my mailbox!

    In this letter, 2 pages!

    The first one informs me of a "FINAL RECOURSE BEFORE FILING A REQUEST." The payment deadline is October 6, 2014.
    On this page, they clearly ask me to pay €88.67 despite all the warnings I received to find a solution (I want to say LOOOLLLL for the "find a solution")
    As I continue my letter, further down they tell me that they will file a request for payment injunction as the bailiff previously announced, and that this process will be irreversible... BREEEEFF!

    Further in the letter, it is written clearly: This final call for regularization before resorting to more stringent judicial means if the court decides: the seizure of my property and my income (they can come, I live in furnished accommodation and nothing belongs to me except the bed and my son's toys, his clothes, and mine! As for income, I don't earn anything!) as well as significant legal fees...
    A request for compensation of (WARNING....) €8.87 will be added!

    Second page:

    REQUEST TO MR. PRESIDENT OF THE COURT - draft

    Claimant: SFR (Address) 69792 St Priest Cedex
    Agent: INTRUM JUSTITIA (address) 69795 St Priest Cedex

    Amounts: €88.67
    Cause of the debt - supporting documents: principal according to attached invoice or statement
    And consequently requires that an order for injunction to pay be rendered against the debtor for said sums, interest, and costs, requesting that this payment order be already endowed with the enforceable formula under the conditions provided for in Articles 1422 and 1423 of the N.C.P.C. and that the supporting documents of the debt be returned at this time.

      So my last unpaid bill dates back to May 2014 because that's when my line was closed, and as I explained to the person I spoke to on the phone, having no income, I couldn't pay, plus the fact that I didn't agree with them... I didn't pay!
      I haven't paid anything to Intrum.

      The statute of limitations for a telecommunications bill is 12 months, I seriously doubt you can hold out until then.
      I fear you will have to find a way to pay SFR what you owe them.
      This will help avoid the harassment that Intrum will subject you to... You will have a paid bill to show them, as they will try to make you pay a lot of completely unjustified and illegal fees...
      As for the fact that you disagree, this is something that doesn't come into play...
      For now, do not pay anything to Intrum and try to pay SFR...
      That's the only real good solution.

      I still have 7 months to hold on...
      I don't have enough resources... I'm pulling from all sides to support my son because I can't find a job :/
