Graphics Card Issue: Green/Blue Screen

Solved

Hello,

Last night, I fiddled with the settings on my PC, specifically my AMD Radeon graphics card.

I accidentally set my graphics card or another setting to MAX (I adjusted the overclocking settings). I reverted everything back to default right away.
Then, when I launched my game, I got a green or blue screen with grids showing up, and I couldn't do anything on the PC; it was completely frozen... but before I launched my game, the PC was working perfectly.

So, I thought I had burned out my graphics card! I then moved my graphics card to the second slot on my motherboard, launched my game, and everything works great! I have no problems, the game runs at max settings.

Can you tell me what I did? What did I burn out in my PC? I don't know much about PCs...

PS: I have a Sapphire Radeon 7870.

Thank you.

Hello
In tweaking the settings, you may have disabled the port of your graphics card.
Check in the device manager if there are any restore points from before your tweaking.
If so! Restore your PC to an earlier date.

I am looking for the possibility to adjust the green to red like with Nvidia on Windows 10
