Green screen at startup of my PC

Hello everyone,

I would like to share my issue as I am quite disheartened. Indeed, I started my DELL laptop this afternoon (after using it last night and shutting it down without any problems), and although the boot process seems to go smoothly, a green screen appears instead of my desktop. I have tried restarting it several times, but nothing works.

I then opted for a restart in safe mode, and there, the safe mode works perfectly: I have access to the internet, various menus, documents... However, when I restart my computer normally, the green screen reappears!

If any of you have a solution, it would really warm my heart!!^^

Hello,
Try updating your graphics card driver in safe mode. Or revert to the previous version of it.

To update the driver, what do I need to do?

Control Panel > System > Device Manager > Graphics Card
Select your graphics card, right-click Update.

Thank you, I will test this as soon as I get home tonight and I'll keep you updated. Sorry, I'm a novice... will there only be one graphics card?
