Hello,

I have an Asus T100 tablet. When I plug it in to charge, it doesn't charge. On the screen, I see C:\WINDOWS\System32\Config\systemprofile\Desktop is not available.
Does anyone have a solution to help me out? Thank you very much in advance.

Hello,

If there’s power at the outlet, it’s probably the charger that’s not working... either it’s the wrong one, or it’s burned out from being plugged in for too long...

The cable between the tablet and the charger could also be cut...

Normally, with the tablet turned off, if you plug in the charger, you should see the battery symbol filling up on the screen... Do you have that..??

There’s also the possibility that the battery is dead..?? and needs to be replaced.

If I understand correctly, it’s a tablet that operates on Windows..??

Could the problem be something other than the battery..??

Hello,
Thinking that it could also be the charger, I bought another universal one with a cable 15 days ago. My son used it to charge his phone. It worked for him.
I do see the battery symbol on the screen. However, I can clearly see that it's not charging. The little button on the tablet is red. So, I don't know... The tablet runs on Windows 10

Re,
No, it's not moving in the stacks. The charger has a power of 0.3A. It was purchased in December 2013. It's a charger with a regular cable, which was bought separately at Electrodépot on the seller's advice. There is no paper manual but a tutorial on how to use the manual. The red color of the battery charge indicator shows that it's charging, but since yesterday noon without interruption, I find it quite long; it's at 37% charged!
In any case, your help is welcome!

But where am I going to find that? On the internet? This whole thing is discouraging me; I thought I was at the end of the line, but well, with your help, I should be able to make it...

yes it's a bit normal if you leave your tablet charging and then when it's charged sometimes you forget to unplug it but I have a DeLL tablet and my charger doesn't work it's because you leave the charger on the socket.
