Asus t100 / Tablet not charging / dead battery

Hello,
I left my tablet (ASUS t100) in sleep mode, and I think it drained.
I can’t turn it on anymore, and the light next to the power button is off.
I’ve used several chargers and several electrical outlets, but the result is the same and the light is off
I left it on the charger for 10 hours with no success.
Any ideas
best regards

It must come from the power supply or you put the card to load it inside the tablet because if the battery were dead, on mains power it would work. electronic problem or programming of the tablet—you’re not the first person to have this problem. go to a repair shop that fixes tablets and phones because it may be charging but the screen no longer works.

      Hello,
      Thanks for your response.
I tried to follow your reasoning, I must admit I’m getting a bit lost.
But what you forgot is that the indicator light doesn’t turn on, so it can’t be a display issue.
It’s true that if I went to a tablet repair shop it would be easier, but I’m trying to handle it myself with the internet tools :D .

yes for a PC but tablet if it’s not a problem with apps it’s dead on the internet after that it may be that the charger isn’t charging anymore and the battery is discharged

I read on many forums that plugging the T100 into a low-current charger for several hours (a USB socket, basically), to give it a very slow charge, could “unlock” it.

Concretely, plug your T100 in all night on a powered USB outlet, then the next morning switch it to a real USB charger with higher amperage. Could that unlock it.

This comes from my readings on the net, not from personal experience ;)

For a slow charge, you need to plug the tablet into the PC like a laptop.

      Yes, that's what I indicated ;)
There are also some power adapters that are not very powerful and would do the job, but it's rare to find them.
