Bonjour,
j'ai actuellement un HP Pavilion et j'ai ce problème. Je l'avais déjà eu auparavant sur un autre ordinateur, je l'avais alors résolu en appuyant sur la touche Insér... Sur le clavier du Pavilion ( http://www.laptopspirit.fr/wp-content/uploads/new/hp-pavilion-g7-2355sf-2.jpg ) je crois qu'elle se trouve sur la touche de l'Impr. écran mais ça ne marche pas (Alt+touche / Maj+touche...)
Si quelqu'un aurait la gentillesse de prendre un peu de temps pour m'aider ce serait sympa (bon je m'arrête d'écrire maintenant car j'ai peur de devoir corriger mon texte si je fais une faute ^^ )

Try using the function key Fn (between the Ctrl and Windows keys at the bottom left of your keyboard) + the print screen key.

Thank you for your help, but I don't know how, it's back to normal... This topic won't be helpful for others who have the same problem with this keyboard, sorry... And have a good evening to you ;)
