I desperately need your help quickly to create a schedule with 10 caregivers over 15 days in rotation, in a nursing home.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 48.0.2564.109
Schedule in 10 hours with few breaks, 5 girls on the opposing team, a 12-hour shift to be respected day and night. Daytime hours: 7 AM–9 PM or the night team takes over.
Workload in the morning for toilets, at noon, in the evening for dinner and bedtimes.
A real headache!!!!
Excel doesn't solve puzzles.
Excel allows you to create a schedule and calculate work time subtotals, then print this schedule.
