Hello,
I am currently working in a general medicine department with a schedule of 7.5 hours. We generally have 3 nurses working per day, whereas 'ideally' we should have at least 4 per day during the week. I am trying to find solutions, maybe with schedules of 12 hours or 10 hours, but I am having trouble finding a framework, knowing that 3 nurses work at 80%.
If you can guide me, I would be happy!
