Hello everyone!

I currently have an iPhone 6s Plus. My problem is that I can't import my contacts from my iPhone 6s Plus at all. When I click on "Import SIM contacts to my iPhone," nothing happens. Can you please help me? Thank you.

I used to have a Samsung Galaxy S2.

Hello, in my opinion your SIM does not contain your contacts, most smartphones do not save phone numbers on the SIM.

Do you still have your Samsung (in working condition) and can you see your contacts?

Apple offers a method to transfer contacts from an Android smartphone to the iPhone, but this is only valid if the iPhone has not yet been configured.
    Here is the link:

In the link they provide another method..

Good evening, first of all thank you for your quick response, yes my Samsung Galaxy S2 is still working. I can see my contacts. Can I transfer them via Bluetooth?

Currently my iPhone 6s Plus is already set up. I must have missed this step or skipped it to look later, but if I can't recover my contacts, can I completely redo my iPhone?

Re, via Bluetooth, no, it's not possible.
I admit I have never been in the situation of transferring the contact list from Android to iPhone.
However, on the iPhone, you can reset the configuration; you need to go to Settings, then General, then Reset, and choose Erase All Content and Settings. If you have set up iCloud on the iPhone, you will need to enter your password (preferably, be connected to Wi-Fi with your iPhone before starting the erasure of the iPhone).

When the iPhone is erased, it will restart to the setup menu, and you can follow the Apple guidance I provided you.

        First of all:
Make sure the Samsung is at least on Android version 4.0
Download the Move to iOS app on the Samsung.

Both devices must be plugged into the charger and connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Start the setup of your iPhone, follow the procedure.

        ANOTHER OPTION

Since your iPhone is already set up, you can recover your contacts without erasing the iPhone.

        https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/HT205063

On the iPhone, set up your Gmail address.
Then go to Settings / Mail, Contacts, and Calendars.
Tap on the Gmail account and activate each option.

Then wait and see if the contacts arrive automatically.
IF the contacts do not come, you will need to check the Samsung, but I can't tell you what to do; the Samsung needs to transfer your contacts to Gmail.
