my phone has no sound, I can't make calls or receive calls and the phone is blinking with the message on the screen Base
Who can inform me?

Hello,
Excerpt from the notice on page 17 
No radio link with the base; the message Base is flashing on the screen.
Causes:
- The handset is out of range of the base.
- The base is not activated (or not powered on).
Solution:
- Reduce the distance between the handset and the base.
- Check if the power plug of the base is properly connected see notice on page 3

If the base is powered, you need to try to re-register the handset to its base.

As for the seagulls... the sky is a bit too low for them today.
