Plug in the USB cable, turn on the frame. Select a photo, right-click, “send to” option, choose one of the disks offered depending on whether you want to transfer the photo to internal memory or to an SD card, etc...

    Hi
Here is the technical support response:
The only solution for your Digicadre to be recognized is to upgrade to SP2.
Without this upgrade your Digicadre cannot be recognized by your PC

I will therefore return this equipment because SP2 is not specified

    Hello
I have the Digicadre 8001 and I can't install it on the computer: I have Windows XP SP2... it refuses (it recognizes the hardware but doesn't install it saying that the signature is not valid!!!!

    So SP2 or not......it doesn't work......what to do?...it's a gift, and I think, bought on the internet....in general 8 days to refund..and it's past due!

You need to connect to the mini USB port on the frame, not to the standard USB host port.

I only have Windows XP SP1 and it works, sorry.

So I think only SP1 is necessary.

I am in the same boat as you... It was a gift to me and I managed to upload 3 photos and it crashed and now it won’t do anything else... It’s still incredible that they still make new stuff that doesn’t work under Vista!!!
If anyone has a solution, thanks in advance.
