Hello,
I have an Acer Aspire desktop that came with W8. I currently have W8.1 and I want to downgrade to W7. I have the installation DVD and I want to boot from this DVD, so I go into the BIOS, boot, and I set ATAPI DVD A DH16ACSH to boot first and put my Windows second just in case. When I confirm (F10, Yes, Enter) and my computer restarts, it shows a red window on a black background saying: "Invalid signature detected. Check secure boot Policy in Setup." And now I don't know what to do; I'm stuck.
If someone could help me. You are my only hope :P
Thanks in advance,
Julien A.

Hello
Are you sure you want to do this?
Are you sure you have the drivers available for Win7?
To proceed, you will need to disable secure boot in the BIOS.
But perhaps you will end up facing the UEFI/legacy dilemma afterwards.....
There are 3 types of people: those who can count and those who cannot.

But what do you mean by the right drivers?
I recently formatted my computer.
