Hello everyone,
I'm here to ask for help on a new topic as I couldn't find the answer in other messages about mail merge.
I found in "Labels" the exact template of the labels I ordered (Avery brand).
I want to insert a simple 3-line text into each box, looking like this:
Ø1mm
TA6V
LOT XXX
So I type the text into the first label. I perform the operation to have the same text in all labels.
But when I update the labels, I find "Next Record" before my text!
So I have two questions:
1. What action should I take to avoid having "Next Record" when duplicating my text?
2. Once this issue is resolved, if someone changes the text in the first box to, for example: Ø2mm, and clicks on "Update Labels," will it modify all the labels?
Thanks in advance for your help!
PS: Please note that I am quite a novice in this area :D
Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

After choosing the label layout format, you need to link the Word merge file to the source file where all the references are entered.
Next, you must insert the merge fields (column headers from the file where your references are stored). This will allow for an updated merge with any future modifications
