Hello,
I want to do a mail merge on an A4 sheet divided into 3 parts vertically, with the same document (copy-paste) in each of the 3 parts. In each of these documents, I insert a merge field "NOMPRENOM" then "DATES"... which is found in a record list in Excel.
The first document will correspond to my 1st Excel record, the 2nd document to the 2nd record... etc.
I tried putting "next record" before each merge field for the 2nd document, but it doesn't work, I go straight to the 4th record in my list...
Has anyone ever had the same problem and could offer a solution regarding the formula to use?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows Vista / Chrome 23.0.1271.97

Good evening,
You just need to use the label function and not the letter function.
This way you can divide your document into a table of 2 rows and 2 columns, and enter your data only in the first cell. When you have finished with your first cell, click on Update all your labels, and then merge.

If you want to be helped effectively, make sure you are on the right forum,... and specify the software you are using as well as its version. We lack fortune tellers!
