Hello,
I need your help for a mail merge. My main document is in Word, and my database is in Excel. Here’s what I would like to do: in my Excel table, for the same name, I can have multiple trainings listed in different rows.
Example:
Mr. X - training 1 - on 05/14/14
Mr. X - training 2 - on 12/18/14
Mrs. Y - training 1 - on 05/14/14
Mrs. Y - training 2 - on 12/18/14
In my Word file, I would like it to be noted as: Mr. X - training 1 - on 05/14/14 - training 2 - on 12/18/14
Is this possible?
Thank you in advance for your responses :)
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

Hello,
This is about conditional mail merge, and unfortunately, it's not supported in Word.
That said, here’s a solution that works very well:
https://www.faqword.com/index.php/word/tutos/toutes-versions/416-publipostage-conditionnel-maison
Just follow the procedure to the letter.
