Hello,
So here it is, my Freebox hasn't displayed the time for a week and shows a slow spinning wheel instead, which means I no longer have wifi, internet, or phone service, which is really quite annoying.
I'm hesitant to call Free to resolve the issue given the potential costs of multiple calls I might need to make.
I've already tried rebooting my box several times, with no result because I always end up back at the stage of the spinning wheel that keeps searching and searching. I've also unplugged and reconnected all the cables of the box but still no result.
The wifi signal is no longer showing on my phone or my tablet.
I was already limited to 1GB of wifi since I live in the countryside, but I'm desperate now!
My box is about 4 years old and has never had such issues until now.
Have you ever encountered this problem? How can I fix it?
Thank you in advance,
Crepouille.

Hello,
Well, it might be your box that has become defective, or there could be an issue with your external line, and in that case, we can't do anything for you; you need to call or go to Free so they can test your line...

The courage of the drop of water is that it dares to fall in the desert.
Thank you for your help, so I will have to call Free to get assistance as I feared. I'll keep you updated, thanks again.
