Hello, my iPhone 4 loses about 1% of battery per minute even in battery saver mode, and recently it's been discharging even when it's plugged in. I have two small games, Snapchat, Facebook, Messenger, Zedge, and three music apps, so it's certainly not the storage. Moreover, it can drop from 29% to 0 in one second. Please help me.

Hello, try to calibrate your phone's battery. If the problem persists after calibration, try taking it to Apple if your phone is still under warranty so they can replace your battery.
This video may help to recalibrate the battery of your iPhone 4.

Method to follow:
1. Charge your phone to 100%, while it is on.
2. Unplug your charger as soon as your phone is fully charged and turn it off.
3. Plug your charger back in and charge your phone to 100%, this time with it turned off.
4. Wait 2 minutes after your phone is fully charged, then unplug it and turn your phone on.
5. After turning it on, turn off your phone and plug your charger back in.
6. Charge to 100%.
7. Your phone is calibrated !! You can turn it back on and use it.
Bonus: Charge your phone before it completely runs out, as soon as it reaches 10% battery.

I can't because nothing indicates if it is charging or not and the power/sleep button no longer works, so I have the bubble in a square and everything to close it, and on top of that my computer doesn't detect it.

Well, I would advise you to take it to Apple for them to solve your problem.
