Some keys on my keyboard are not working anymore.

Hello everyone,

Since yesterday, and for no valid reason, the keyboard of my laptop as well as my wireless keyboard are not really working for the letters!
When I press Z, the open window closes, T opens a new tab in the browser, D adds a webpage to favorites, S saves as, H shows history, ... And I think I can find others. And the letters that have no functions do not work at all.
I have done some research but cannot find a solution ...
Can you help me please??
