I would not recommend it
I ordered chair covers, anthracite gray. I received them, chocolate color. I put them in place, but they do not match my interior at all. I repackage them, but it is true that I have a dog that sheds fur, so my refund is denied, "fur on the product," which I can understand. But to get my product back, I have to pay the shipping costs again (6 euros for the order, 6 euros for the replacement, and 6 euros for the return of my product). I requested a commercial gesture. Denied.

Hello, I would like to join DOTTY59 in sharing my disastrous experience with the Eminza website:
A misleading advertisement that suggested a product (bookends) was sold in a set (both in the description and the visuals) when it was not.
Customer service assures me that, given the advertisement, it is indeed an error and that it is not normal, and they will transfer my request so that the rest of the product can be sent to me. Then I receive a short email response, refusing any recourse and any listening to my request.
I call customer service again, who can only forward my requests, and there is no way to speak to a decision-maker despite my insistence. I then receive another short email response, once again refusing any listening or recourse.
Unacceptable.
Moreover, it is impossible to rate our order on the site or the site as a whole on Google or social media. I saw that we should normally receive a review link redirecting to a site specialized in authenticated reviews, but, conveniently, I received nothing.
I became aware of this by doing internet research and accidentally stumbling upon this partner review site. A site that apparently fears feedback from its customers, and rightly so given my disastrous experience with them.

Reliable in the sense that it's not something hosted on the other side of the world, yes, regarding the quality of service and especially the products, it's less certain given the reviews online.
There were 2 closures in 2014 of warehouses, so financial health is not guaranteed.
