Asus Zenpad 10 tablet won't turn on

Hello,
I'm having a problem with my Asus ZenPad 10 tablet. I received it 3 days ago.
It won't turn on or it does so with great difficulty. There's about 90% battery left.
Even when it's charging, it doesn't start up after being left overnight.
Moreover, there's no charging indicator.
I managed to turn it back on while it was plugged in by holding down the power button for a long time.
Is this normal? Are there things I can do because it's annoying not being able to easily restart it?

    I tested an action suggested on another forum:
    Connect the tablet to a PC and press the power button for about 10-15 seconds, the tablet revives.

    It worked for my Asus ZenPad 10.

      Hello, tablet bought in February 2016 and experiencing the same problem. It charges all night on the mains, but in the morning it won't turn on. I have to connect it to the PC via USB and press and hold the power button to turn it on. I will bring it back, I am convinced that this issue is widespread........very disappointed with this brand......
