Connection issue clash of kings

Hello, I can't open the games anymore.. I have an iPhone 6 and since this morning when I open the game it loads normally but as soon as it reaches the castle the image freezes and the app closes right after. After several attempts to uninstall and reinstall, I even tried to reset the phone.. The bug doesn't stop.. Do you have a solution??

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 9.0

Hello!

So try going to "applications==>Clash of King"

Once in the menu, try to clear the cache and erase all the data.

Maybe even when you uninstall and reinstall the app, your phone keeps some files here and there.

Are there other apps that have issues?

I have an iPhone... unfortunately, there is no apps tab.

The bug only occurs in the game Clash of Kings.
