Logitech G25 Detection Issue

Hello,

I recently bought a second-hand Logitech G25.

The G25 is recognized by Windows, and I can access its settings and adjust its force feedback and rotation angle, but that's it.

The profiler does not recognize the wheel at all; during installation, calibration occurs properly, but when it comes time to select the wheel for device testing, the profiler installation detects no wheel, nothing.

Once the profiler is installed, it refuses to open, so I can't customize my wheel differently for each game.

As a result, in games like ETS2 and Test Drive 2, I have to stick with the default rotation of 180°, which isn't ideal for simulation.

The problem occurs on my desktop running Windows 7, but also on my laptop with Windows 8. (the wheel is detected and installed by Windows, but there's no detection by the Logitech profiler)

I deduce that this problem could come from my wheel, but where could the issue be coming from?

Thanks in advance :)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 31.0.1650.59

Hello, I encountered this problem a few days ago on my system (win10 64bits).
After quite a few attempts and searches, I found a version of the profiler that works

Found by ggvosges (original post https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-31286230-probleme-profiler-logitech )

(Note that I had to plug and unplug the steering wheel 1 to 2 times when the detection window appeared just before the software asked to restart)

Hi. Thanks for your reply. It was indeed this profiler that solved my problem with a USB port change ;)
