Logitech controller not detected by my PC

I recently bought a "Logitech Gamepad F310" but I have never been able to use it, as it is not detected by my PC.

I can't find it in my devices on Windows or even in the BIOS. It's as if it isn't plugged in. I tried installing the application that Logitech recommends for their gamepads, but even that does not detect the gamepad. I don't know what to do anymore, so what should I do?

And are the other USB devices detected normally?

So first of all, I finally solved my problem, thank you nonetheless for your response (yes and yes by the way)

Having built my custom PC, it was actually a USB bus controller with unknown drivers to Windows that I think was bugging, after installing a special app for driver search that downloads them based on the components of my computer, I was able to install the missing drivers and the controller was finally detected!
