Hello,
I changed my computer screen after a fall, but now it's launching the system repair tool with no changes... It's been stuck on this screen for 2 days... If I try to boot normally as suggested at the beginning, a blue screen appears
What solutions do I have to get it functioning? I am a novice in computing. I learn quickly, but it takes a long explanation.
Thank you in advance

    Hello

In repair mode, you access a terminal to run CHKDSK; after a fall, it's often the hard drive that takes the hit.

Further down, you have a tutorial for Seven.

    http://www.octetmalin.net/windows/tutoriels/chkdsk.php#verification-et-reparation--du-disque-a-partir-du-dvd-de-windows-vista-et-7-seven

    Once in the terminal, type:

    chkdsk c: /R /F

When he finished, I restarted my computer but it still launches the system recovery tool. The chkdsk did not show any errors...

      Does safe mode work?

-> Restart the PC and press F8 several times until you see the HP/Compaq logo to enter the Advanced Boot options.

-> Use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode and press Enter.

If you had updates, perform a system restore to a date when the PC was functioning (An update that doesn’t go through, or once again the faulty HP BIOS can cause this problem)

To restore, similar to the tutorial, except at the step "Select Command Prompt," you choose to restore the system.

Safe mode is not working. Blue screen appears.
I am in the process of restoring it to a previous version.

      Hello
No restore version is valid. So I ran chkdsk with D: and it is still stuck at 11%.
Is it possible to reinstall Windows or is the PC dead?
