Hello,
I recently bought an external sound card, this one: https://www.cdiscount.com/informatique/cartes-son/carte-son-usb/f-1078202-auc0608819212517.html?idOffre=52685476#mpos=2
To which I connect my ROCCAT Syva headphones, the problem is that as I mentioned in my title, after a few seconds (about twenty), they start to heat up suddenly. I would like to know what causes this and if it is dangerous?

Hello,
I don't think a "USB sound card" for less than 2€ is worth much... I would have never bought that.
Don't you have a sound card on your motherboard?
Best regards,

Hello,
But when I plug them in, it creates interference and background noise... it's very unpleasant, so to solve the problem, I was advised to use a sound card...- Ok, that's indeed a good idea. However, in my opinion, this sound card is unnecessary..
Maybe we should buy a better quality card.
For example, this sound card is really nice: https://www.amazon.fr/Audioquest-DAC-Audio-DragonFly-v1-2/dp/B00H00VLZQ
There are many others available.
Do you want an external sound card for sure?
